Before a Customer can complete any transaction, Customer must read and accept these terms and conditions (the “Agreement”). By applying for access and/or services from this website, Customer agrees to these terms and conditions and consents to be legally bound by them. This Agreement may be modified at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting on this site without individual notification to Customers.
Any products, services, or subscriptions found on the Site are expressly prohibited for anyone under the legal age in their respective country/jurisdiction, and as a minimum to anyone below 18 years of age.
Customer’s payment method will be charged immediately upon purchase. After completing a purchase, Customer will receive an email confirmation with all transaction details and relevant information. The contract between Customer and Site is finalized as soon as the order is submitted.
“Czech Amazon” or “CzechAmazon.cz” shall mean the company that operates the website, – “Czech Retail Solutions s.r.o.”, – or any of the companies processing Customer payments including any additional payment processors used by CzechAmazon.cz or changes thereof. “Site” shall mean the website from which Customer is purchasing products or services. “Customer” shall mean the user of the Site’s services and products. “Access Right” shall mean the permission to use or download a purchased product.
CzechAmazon.cz will provide access rights to the products that Customer has purchased. For digital products, access rights may be temporary and with limited download opportunities. Currently, digital product access limits are: 7 days, 30 download attempts.
PaymentProcessor.com, SecurePayments.com, or others may appear on Customer’s payment statement for all applicable charges. If multiple items are purchased in a single transaction using any payment method, Customer’s statement will itemize each individual purchase. Payment details may include additional information.
Customer will receive an email receipt to the provided email address upon completing a purchase. Customer may request a copy of the invoice at any time. All such requests should be directed to CzechAmazon.cz through the contact form available on the website.
Refund requests for purchases may be submitted by contacting customer support. Refunds or credits will not be issued for digital products that have already been downloaded or physical products that have been delivered unless they are defective. The approval of a refund request does not create an obligation to approve future refund requests. Should CzechAmazon.cz issue a refund for any reason, it will be credited exclusively to the payment method used in the original transaction. CzechAmazon.cz will not issue refunds via cash, check, or to an alternative payment method.
We thoroughly investigate all chargebacks to ensure accurate billing practices. We reserve the right to decline future purchases from accounts with potentially unmerited chargebacks, depending on the circumstances. We take fraud claims seriously and may notify Customer’s payment issuer to protect Customer and prevent fraudulent charges to Customer’s account.
Customers are authorized to access the services or products available on this website through a single Access Right. This Access Right is granted for the sole use of one Customer. All materials and products are provided for personal use only and shall not be used for commercial purposes or by third parties. Commercial use of either the Site or any material or product found within it is strictly prohibited unless authorized by the Site. No material or product from the Site may be transferred to any other person or entity, whether for commercial or non-commercial purposes. No material from the Site may be distributed, downloaded, or obtained through peer-to-peer networks or file sharing platforms. Additionally, materials and products may not be modified or altered. Materials and products may not be displayed publicly or used for rental, sale, or display. These protections extend to copyrights, trademarks, and other proprietary notices. CzechAmazon.cz and the Site reserve the right to terminate Access Rights at any time for any Customer who breaches the terms of this Agreement. In the event of a breach, Customer must immediately destroy any information or material printed, downloaded, or otherwise obtained from the Site.
Accounts at CzechAmazon.cz are provided free of charge. By creating an account, a Customer gains access to their personal order history (for purchases made while logged in), currently active orders, and streamlined customer support through easier customer identification. Access to the Site – the Customer’s Access Right – is through a combination of username and password. Customers may not share their Access Right with any person and are required to keep their Access Right confidential. CzechAmazon.cz will not disclose a Customer’s password to anyone other than the Customer, except as required by law or court order. Unauthorized access to the Site – including sharing Access Rights with others – constitutes a breach of this Agreement. Customers acknowledge that the Site may monitor each Customer’s login activity to prevent unauthorized access. In the event of a security breach, theft, or loss of a device containing Access Right credentials that could result in unauthorized disclosure, Customer must immediately notify CzechAmazon.cz of the security incident.
This Site may contain age-restricted products. If Customer is under the age of 18 years, or under the age of majority in their location, Customer does not have authorization to purchase age-restricted products. By accessing the Site, Customer confirms they are over the age of 18 years and over the age of majority in their location, and agrees to comply with these terms and conditions.
The Site may have additional Terms and Conditions that are an integral part of its offering and supplement the Terms and Conditions stated here. Any such additional Terms and Conditions listed on the Site will not invalidate any of the Terms and Conditions presented in this document. This Agreement shall be construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic and the European Union. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved in the Czech Republic.
If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable. If a court finds that any provision of this Agreement is invalid or unenforceable but would become valid or enforceable if modified, then such provision shall be interpreted, construed, and enforced as modified.
Notices from the Site to Customers may be delivered via electronic messages through the Site, general postings on the Site, or email. Notices from Customers may be sent by email, conventional mail, or telephone unless otherwise specified in the Agreement. All questions, complaints, or notices regarding the Site must be directed to CzechAmazon.cz.

Customer understands that the Site cannot and does not guarantee that files available for downloading will be free of viruses, malware, or other potentially harmful code. Customer is responsible for implementing sufficient security measures to satisfy their particular requirements for data security and accuracy, and for maintaining external means for data recovery. The Site does not assume responsibility or risk for Customer’s use of the Internet. However, if the Site learns of a security breach, the Site will notify Customer so that necessary precautions can be taken.
Customer’s use of the Site is at their own risk, and content is provided “as is” – without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied. The Site disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or non-infringement. The Site does not warrant that functions or content will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Site or its servers are free of harmful components.
The Site does not warrant or represent the use or results of using the content in terms of accuracy, reliability, or otherwise. Content may include technical inaccuracies or typographical errors, and the Site may implement changes or improvements at any time. The Site does not warrant or represent the appropriateness of material or content or authorization for use in all countries, states, provinces, counties, or other jurisdictions. If Customer chooses to access the Site, they do so at their own risk and subject to the laws of their jurisdiction. Customer is responsible for compliance with all applicable laws.
Prices of products and services are subject to change at any time at the sole discretion of CzechAmazon.cz. All prices and costs for products shall be displayed on the product pages at: https://www.czechamazon.cz. The price Customer has paid will appear on Customer’s payment statement, will be debited from Customer’s account, or charged through Customer’s selected payment method.
